Get your yoga teacher training off the ground and take your practice and teaching to the next level! Join us for a unique immersion that will set the groundwork for building a healthy, safe, and sustainable yoga practice. This 100-hour Yoga Alliance registered training takes place over the course of 11 days with one day off.
This 100-hour yoga teacher training is part one of our 200-hour training and offers next-level education in vinyasa krama, anatomy, teaching methodology, and yoga philosophy. It will continue building high-quality yoga education by giving you the tools to teach or practice on a deeper level.
This training is designed for students who want an immersion to give their practice more skill, inspiration, and meaning, or for teachers working towards 500-hour certification. Students can also choose to take afternoon workshops or Asana Intensives, which includes meditation, pranayama, and a two-hour asana practice.
Yoga Instuctor’s Adi Amar, Angela Tong, and Niki Sue Mueller each bring over 20 years of yoga experience to their classes. They are known for their ability to see students from a clear and trained eye, encouraging students to go where they would not go on their own. Experience your practice in a fully equipped yoga studio at the base of the Teton Mountain Range. Part two of the training is Oct. 15-25, 2017.
