“Teton Yoga Shala was my school of choice because of the schedule and immersion style training they hold. I am beyond grateful that I chose this school. The quality of training, the focus on anatomy and proper form, the teacher to student ratio, and the serene mountain setting are among the multiple attributes that make this school top notch. I will continue to recommend Teton Yoga Shala to anyone and everyone looking to become a RYT.”

“The teacher training gave me so much confidence. I was challenged on so many different levels and had so many personal breakthroughs. Adi and Angela were AMAZING and inspired me to be my best kind of yoga teacher.”
Lisa H., RYT 200
“I love Adi’s teaching! So wise and so impressive. Very graceful style but really strong. Angela is so much fun. She gives off a great energy that is contagious! I love the difference between both Ang and Adi. It is a pleasure to be a student of them both. I hope that at some point I will know half of what they know… ”
