Revitalize & Restore with Kriyas
Using asana, breath, repetition and meditation, learn ancient techniques that stimulate your glands allowing the constituents of your blood to alter. Every kryia is a unique set of exercises designed to affect the mind, body and spirit simultaneously. There are kriyas that support the liver, balance the glandular system, make you more radiant, stimulate the pituitary gland, increase the flexibility of the spine, and many more.
Please bring your yoga mat. Bolster, blanket, blocks and other props will be provided. You can come to one class or both. Since we will be doing different Kriyas each week everything will be explained as if everyone was a beginner. We’ll be doing different ones than in the previous series, so if you came to the classes in November, please join us!

Rachel studied various styles of yoga from various teachers and techniques since 2006, and began her formal training as a yoga teacher at New York City’s Sonic Yoga in 2011. For her, yoga began with a pranayam practice and later evolved to include asana.
