Rachel began studying yoga in 2006, and later received her certification from Sonic Yoga in New York, New York. She studies both yoga and dance so she can continue her own personal journey of learning on the path. As her knowledge continually grows in dance and in yoga, Rachel is inspired to share her process of discovery with her students.
She is continually grateful to share what she loves with others, creating an environment where people can release, learn about themselves and leave feeling changed in some way.
