Rachel, coming from the professional dance world, started practicing yoga in 2006 and began teaching 2012. Her teachings are inspired from her experience with her personal practice. She teaches yoga, meditation, movement, holds sound baths and does clairvoyant healing. Her hope is to hold space for people to go inward and discover deeper aspects of self.
