Michelle Haag
Michelle’s yoga journey began nearly 20 years ago. She practiced on and off for years until she had a serious case of vertigo in 2017. At that point, she became dedicated to yoga in a more serious way because she discovered how it helped her with the anxiety and depression that came along with the vertigo and inability to engage in her other passion of free flight.
Michelle views movement and rest as equally important, and is trained in both vinyasa flow and restorative yoga. She prides herself on providing a complete experience, including meditation, breath work (pranayama), physical poses and philosophy. Michelle continually seeks to expand her knowledge base and is currently enrolled in Yoga Medicine’s 500-hour teacher training, as well as Inner Peace Yoga Therapy’s 800-hour Yoga Therapist certification program.
