Yoga Teacher Training in Jackson Hole: Practice & Learn

Teacher Trainings

Yoga Teacher Training in Jackson Hole

Whether you wish to teach or simply deepen your personal yoga practice, we invite you to study the life-changing effects of yoga with us at the Teton Yoga Shala. We believe that a yoga practice is more than just an intensive, it’s a lifestyle. With our newly structured yoga teacher training program, you will not only learn the skills to sequence and teach classes for students but you will also cultivate the discipline necessary to sustain a lifelong practice.

Under the guidance of Adi Amar and Ainslie Mintz, we offer an inclusive and diverse yoga teacher training curriculum to certify you at the 200 and 500 hour level with Yoga Alliance. You will have the opportunity to tailor your experience and choose from a diverse selection of modalities and faculty members. All of our faculty members are committed to their personal yoga practice as well as your personal growth and understanding of yoga. Teton Yoga Shala also hosts several world-class guest teachers whose workshops are included in the yoga teacher training program.

In addition to a yoga teacher training in Jackson Hole, you can choose some mini-intensives and weekend workshops that we offer throughout the year to allow yoga teacher trainees to complete the course in a manner that fits your schedule, time-frame and budget. Many of our workshops will also count towards continuing education units (CEUs) for those already certified to teach. Courses are open to yogis of all levels and abilities.
