The Teton Yoga Shala is a boutique Yoga school dedicated to offering personalized Yoga Instruction to meet you where you are. – Masks are not required for students who can prove ttheir vaccination status in classes with six (6) or fewer students.
– Please show your vaccination card prior to entering the studio and we’ll note it for future visits.
– Regardless of vaccination status, masks are required for classes of six (6 people or more.

There are no better instructors, in my opinion. Ainslie and Adi have different styles but both are well versed with many years of training under their belt. I have numerous PT issues and they always have a work-around for me, to keep me going and still getting the same benefit as the rest of the class. The studio is well equipped and clean and classes not too large. Also REALLY appreciate that they require students be vaccinated.
Loved that there were windows instead of mirrors everywhere. Diverse group of teachers here create an inclusive, safe laboratory for the mind body and spirit to explore& heal. I’ll always cherish this sweet studio& hope to have the opportunity to return.
Adi and Ainslie are diligent, patient, and effective. As a 50-year-old inflexible road warrior, I seemed to hurt myself too often. Trying to maintain Jackson-esque activity was a pain in the (lower) back. After two years of regular sessions in “Ropes and Chairs” at the Teton Yoga Shala, I can ski, hike, bike, and even fly with more strength and comfort. Far fewer injuries and more confidence allow me to increase my weekly exercise and enjoy the mountains more often.
