Due to COVID-19 guidelines, we are making most of our classes virtual so you can participate in a live class from the comfort of your home. Click the BOOK link to schedule your class through the MindBody Online application at least 15 minutes prior to the class. You will be sent a link to join the class 15-30 minutes before the start of the class.
We have also launched our On Demand Library. If you are unable to attend a class live you can sign up for unlimited recorded classes. We want you to see if this option is right for you and will be offering one week free access to our On Demand Library.
