Jessica Robinson

Jessica has been passionate about Pilates and group fitness for many years. After experiencing a foot injury that prevented her from running, she discovered Pilates and quickly fell in love with the way it strengthened both her body and mind. Inspired by the positive impact it had on her own life, Jessica became a certified Pilates instructor to help others experience those same benefits. She believes Pilates is an ideal form of movement for building strength, balance, and body awareness while supporting the healthy movement patterns our bodies are designed for. Outside the studio, Jessica enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, spending time with dogs, and teaching 1st grade.
