Each of the ten daily practice videos starts with sadhana (or spiritual practice) that includes light asana to warm up the body, breath work instruction, and meditation techniques to balance.
We'll experience and explore breathing exercises including the Four Purifications, Pratyahara, Ujjayi and Viloma pranayama to settle, calm and harmonize your being.
You'll be introduced to different meditation techniques to add to your toolkit including Metta, Guided Visualizations, Sushumna, Mantra and Breath meditations.
