Oct. 18: 6 – 8pm | Relax Deeply
Relax Deeply invites you to leave the stresses of the outside world behind and surrender to the present moment. You will be guided through a series of restorative poses, designed to release tension and promote profound relaxation. Oct. 19: 8:30 – 11:30am | Backward Bending
Your spine is the central pillar of your body, and this session is dedicated to nurturing and strengthening it. We will explore a variety of safe and invigorating backbending poses that encourage flexibility, improve posture, and stimulate the energy flow along the spine. Each carefully sequenced movement will allow you to release any tension and embrace a sense of freedom. As you open your heart and expand your chest, you’ll cultivate a deeper connection with your body’s wisdom and experience a surge of positivity and vitality. Oct. 19: 2 – 4pm | Forward Bending and Twists
In this session, we will explore various forward bending postures that not only stretch the spine and hamstrings but also promote relaxation, introspection, and calm anxiety. Come prepared to deepen your understanding of your body and leave feeling rejuvenated and centered. Inconjunction with forward bends we will also explore twisting movements. Twists can be beneficial for both digestion and spinal strength. When you engage in twisting postures, you stimulate the muscles around your abdomen and torso, which can enhance the functionality of your digestive organs. Twisting also has a positive impact on your spine. As you rotate your torso, you engage the muscles along your back, promoting strength and flexibility. This can help improve posture, alleviate back pain, and increase overall spinal health.

Inversions are incredibly powerful and essential poses in yoga. This workshop is designed to help you master the art of changing your perspective. This class focuses on poses such as headstands, handstands, and shoulder stands, offering you the chance to build strength, balance, and confidence. Inversions are known for their numerous benefits, including enhanced circulation, increased mental clarity, and a boost in energy levels. Eddie will guide you safely through each step, providing modifications and support to suit all levels of practice. In this class, we will embark on a journey of mindful movement, subtle mechanics and nourishing care for the joints of our lower body. We will engage in a series of poses designed to improve flexibility, strength, and alignment in our hips. Each asana will offer therapeutic benefits, alleviating any accumulated tension and promoting joint health.
