There are no better instructors, in my opinion. Ainslie and Adi have different styles but both are well versed with many years of training under their belt. Adi and Ainslie are diligent, patient, and effective. As a 50-year-old inflexible road warrior, I seemed to hurt myself too often. Trying to maintain Jackson-esque activity was a pain in the (lower) back. After two years of regular sessions in “Ropes and Chairs” at the Teton Yoga Shala, I can ski, hike, bike, and even fly with more strength and comfort. Far fewer injuries and more confidence allow me to increase my weekly exercise and enjoy the mountains more often.
